There has been an extension on the deadline date to get a hotel reservation and make reservations for the banquet during the February 12/13 official visit. Previously stated in the information for the Official Visit was a deadline of January 21, 2010. That has been extended to February 1, 2010.

Hotel accommodations will be at the Double Tree Hotel -- Commerce, 5757 Telegraph, City of Commerce CA 90040.
