We have been advised that Past National President Lucile Suchina has been released from the rehab center and is now home slowing recovering from her broken hip

We just received a call from National Sr. Vice Commander In Chief, Richard Eubank. He said all is going very well on his prostrate cancer diagnosis. He will be getting the seed implant procedure around March 1 and the doctors feel extremely positive this procedure will work. He is very upbeat and wanted wanted us to pass on the good information to everyone - so pass the word along as well. He also said "GET THOSE CHECK-UPS"!!!

We have received word that Paula Kalanikau, Department President of Hawaii, is scheduled to have surgery for a thyroidectomy, Wednesday February 18^th.  She is scheduled for just an overnight stay in the hospital.  Cards may be sent to her home address.

Everett Martin, Past State Commander had his shoulder surgery today.  They put in 4 anchor/bolts and fixed the tear.  They also gave him a nerve block.    He is doing fine.   Cards may be sent to Marty at his home address.

We have just been notified that Past Department Commander Judge Brown underwent a surgical procedure to have a pacemaker and defib inserted.  He is recovering at home, but is very sore.  Get Well and Thinking of You cards may be sent to Judge at his home.

As an update on Bobby Price, he is still fighting and maintaining a good attitude regarding recovery from his cancer.  Thinking of you and encouragement cards may be sent to Bobby at his home address.

We have just learned that Malenda Smith has suffered a ruptured aneurysm and is due to be released from the hospital today or tomorrow.  Get Well and Thinking of You cards may be sent to Malenda at her home.

Keith MacDonald has had surgery and has begun his fight with cancer.  Keith is the husband of our Americanism Chairman, Susan MacDonald.  Get well and thinking of you cards can be sent to Keith and Susan at their home.

Ellis Wilson, husband of our Youth Activities Chairman, LaVerne Wilson, is in the hospital and is facing amputation of some affected areas, perhaps toes or a foot.  Thinking of You cards may be sent to Ellis at their home.
